We’re looking for a Head of Customer Success to join our Sales team in Indonesia, to build repeatable, scalable and predictable outbound BD-Enterprise engines.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build (hire, groom and retain) world-class A player most customer-obsessed client success team which have the best interest for Customers
Building strong Client success core fundamentals direction, including setting right system and processes to scale the team and whole clients at Glints
Build strong and happy customer base at scale
Collaborate with multiples stakeholders; BD team, Recruitment team, Product marketing team, etc. to ensure we the highest customer satisfaction are achieved
Manage and lead the client success team to drive and meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets
Improving Team Productivity & Conversion rate of each sales stage
Who We Are Looking For
Min. 10 years of working experience in Customer Success function.
Strong preference to those with client success/account renewal related experiences/farming experiences at scale. Acquisition experience (hunting) works too.
Proven experience in building, training and leading a sales team to successfully achieve top-line targets.
Strong systematic thinking skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Demonstrated track record of career excellence.
High attention to detail, with a process-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
A strong command of English.
