Deskripsi pekerjaan Head of Customer Experience/Service PT Valbury Asia Futures
- Lead the Customer Services team within the division and continually improve the customer service experience in the division
- Market & industry research for customer satisfaction to more proven CX score
- Daily QC for CS and regular QC for product to ensure the product and service meet customer needs and exceed customer standard
- Doing research by profiling the customer journey data, market & industry trend to create CRM strategic campaign and personalized approach for customer advocacy
- Analyze customer experience reports and insights, and come up with improvement suggestions
- Make weekly and monthly reports
- Male
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum bachelor degree from any major
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in financial service/banking/fintech as a head CX/CS
- Preferably those who understand the commodity futures trading industry
- Excellence in communication & presentation skills
- Has exposure to create learning program for improve in Customer Service/ Service
- Excellence or any related to service
- Experience to leading a team or a team player
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
- Willing to work in shifts and in public holidays
- Familiar with (CRM, Live chat, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, & Backend)
