As we continue to expand our services in the dynamic market of Jakarta, we are seeking a Creative Director to lead our creative initiatives and drive impactful brand strategies. This role is essential in shaping the visual and conceptual direction of our projects, ensuring that we maintain a competitive edge in the ever-evolving business landscape.

The Creative Director, also known as Head of Creative, will be responsible for overseeing all creative aspects of our projects, including branding, design, and content development. This position involves leading a team of creatives, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and developing strategic creative concepts that align with client goals. The ideal candidate will ensure that all creative outputs meet high standards of quality, originality, and effectiveness while fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Design, Marketing, or Communications. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role is required, with a proven track record in creative strategy and execution. Proficiency in Customer Service, Teamwork, Creative Thinking, Design Strategy, and Public Speaking is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office is necessary, along with strong administrative skills.
