Deskripsi pekerjaan Head of Creative PT. Digitraffic Indonesia
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Lead and approve all creative concepts and campaign directions.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary creative team (Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Content Creators, Video Team, etc.).
- Translate client briefs into strong, integrated creative ideas.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with Creative, Account, and Performance teams to align creativity with data and results.
- Lead pitches and key client presentations.
- Mentor and develop the creative team to maintain high standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Communication/PR/advertising and others related major is a point plus.
- 7+ years in an agency environment.
- Strong integrated campaign portfolio.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Strong conceptual thinking with a performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to operate Excel Excellently.
- Discipline & excellent time management.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Have experienced working in digital agency is a plus.
