Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development (R&D) for new short-form video formats and present findings to leadership.
- Develop content strategy, segmentation, and ensure strong FYP performance across brands.
- Create creative decks, script cycles, and provide solutions for underperforming brands.
- Review scripts and final video outputs to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
- Lead and direct the creative team (scriptwriters, videographers, talent, editors) during content production.
- Provide daily direction, feedback, and training for scriptwriters.
- Support reporting processes and act as backup for communication and operational needs when required.
- Act as a decision maker and ensure overall team performance and execution run effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Communication, Marketing, Film/Media, or a related field.
- Experience in managing creative teams (scriptwriter, videographer, talent, editor).
- Strong understanding of short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels) and FYP mechanics.
- Proficiency in scripting and content ideation for performance-driven content.
- Ability to analyze content performance (e.g., views, engagement, retention) and translate it into actionable improvements.
- Experience in developing content strategy and segmenting content for different brand needs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced creative or agency environment is a plus.
