One of Indonesia’s fastest-growing business groups with leading brands in their respective categories is seeking a Head of Creative to strengthen the Communication & Creative division across our Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle brands.
Job Description & Responsibilities
As the Head of Creative, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and brand communication strategy to ensure sustainable business growth across all company brands.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Communication Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and creative approaches for all brands, ensuring effective execution across both online and offline channels.
• Team Leadership
Manage, lead, and develop the Marketing team, including content creators, designers, live streaming teams, event teams, and other creative personnel, ensuring alignment with approved strategic plans.
• Digital Collaboration
Work closely with the Head of E-Commerce & Digital Ads to optimize digital campaign strategies based on data, insights, and performance analysis.
• Strategic Relationships
Build and maintain strategic collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, KOLs, influencers, media partners, and public relations teams.
• Trend Research
Conduct in-depth market research and business trend analysis to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness in the market.
• Reporting
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management, including strategic insights and continuous improvement recommendations.
