Job Description
• Lead and oversee all creative and social media initiatives for the brand.
• Develop and execute creative concepts and content strategies across social media platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency in visual identity, tone, and storytelling.
• Manage content planning, production, and publishing schedules.
• Collaborate with teams to support campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and optimize content accordingly.
• Stay up to date with digital, creative, and social media trends.
• Guide and coordinate internal or external creative resources when needed.
• Setting social media ads, including Meta ads.
• Manage and lead a support team in this field.
• Skillful in photography and videography is +20 points.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in creative, branding, or social media roles.
• Strong creative sense with excellent visual and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience managing brand social media accounts.
• Proficient in design and content tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Good understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Portfolio showcasing creative and social media work is required.
