PT Persada Inti Utama is a holding company that oversees various subsidiaries within the Persada Group. We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Head of Corporate Strategy & Portfolio.
Job Descriptions
- Lead the development of corporate strategy and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors (BOD) in setting strategic priorities and identifying growth opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate strategies, business plans, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor monitoring to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Aligning business units and resources with overarching goals.
- Assist in evaluating business opportunities, investment initiatives, partnerships, and project portfolios.
- Coordinate strategic planning activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational and corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, consulting, corporate planning, or business analysis, preferably within ICT, Property & Infrastructure, and Healthcare.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, including experience in business analysis and reporting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa), with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments in a dynamic business environment.
- Available for placement in Bekasi.
