Job Description:
- Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies and editorial calendars (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) aligned with commercial and brand goals.
- Lead 360° creative communication plans for new product launches, from concept hooks and ingredient storytelling to influencer activations.
- Lead creative strategy and supervise production of short-form videos, graphic assets, and social commerce content.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual aesthetics, and credible skincare education across all digital touchpoints.
- Leverage beauty industry trends, consumer insights, and platform algorithms to execute fast-turnaround, viral content.
- Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, retention, conversions) to extract insights and optimize content ROI.
- Partner with Brand, E-Commerce, KOL/Affiliate, and PR teams to support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and resource the creative production team (creators, videographers, editors, designers) to ensure timely, high-standard delivery.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in content/social media, with 1+ year leading a team (beauty or skincare experience preferred).
- Proven track record of growing brand channels and engagement on TikTok and Instagram.
- Deep passion for skincare trends, active ingredients, and consumer behavior.
- Strong creative eye with hands-on experience in short-form video production (scripting to editing).
- Skilled at using social analytics and platform algorithms to optimize content performance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage creators and collaborate across marketing teams.
- Willing to work in a onsite arrangement based in BSD
