Role Summary

Strategic, data-driven leader to drive revenue growth, marketplace performance and operationalexcellence.
Responsible for scaling supply and demand, optimising conversion and building the commercial and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Own revenue strategy and performance

• Pricing, commission and promotional strategy

• Launch new revenue streams and partnerships

• Lead B2B partnerships and market expansion

Marketplace Supply & Demand

• Lead global tour guide acquisition and onboarding

• Ensure supply-demand balance

• Improve activation and retention

Operations & Customer Experience

• Own end-to-end marketplace operations

• Improve conversion and service quality

• Build scalable onboarding and support processes Data & Analytics

• Track GMV, take rate, CAC, LTV and conversion

• Build forecasting and dashboards Leadership

• Build and lead commercial & operations team

• Foster culture of ownership and experimentation

Requirements

• 8+ years in marketplace, travel, SaaS or e-commerce

• Experience leading commercial or operations teams

• Strong analytical and strategic skills

• Startup or high-growth experience preferred
