Role Description
As the Head of Commercial & Operations (HCO), you will be a foundational pillar of PT Neobiz Global Technology's leadership team during our initial growth phase. In this critical role, you will take full ownership of streamlining daily office operations, building internal administrative foundations, and managing employee-related affairs. Furthermore, you will drive strategic commercial initiatives, spearhead the development of our operations and commercial teams, and establish high-impact partnerships with third-party vendors. Your ultimate goal is to build a reliable, standard-compliant operational ecosystem that supports sustainable business scaling.
What You'll Do
Operational Leadership: Oversee, design, and ensure that all day-to-day office operations run effectively, safely, and at peak efficiency.
Team & Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive operational strategies and lead the growth and structuring of both the commercial and operations departments.
Process Standardization: Author, implement, and continuously evaluate internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to serve as the baseline workflow for the company's early-stage operations.
Office & Employee Administration: Supervise all office facilities, administrative duties, and employment-related administrative processes.
Vendor & Partner Management: Manage professional relationships, lead contract negotiations, and evaluate the performance of third-party vendors collaborating with the company.
Performance & Budgeting: Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational budget efficiencies directly to the executive management team.
What We're Looking For
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in operations or commercial management, with a strong preference for candidates coming from tech companies, fast-paced startups, or the B2B sector.
Leadership Skills: A proven track record of exemplary leadership, with the demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams.
Business Acumen: Strong business acumen coupled with strategic and tactical problem-solving capabilities.
Negotiation & Finance: Exceptional skills in commercial negotiations and a solid understanding of operational budget management.
Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with professional fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
