Job description for Head of Business Development (Growth) at Aimazing
- Manage and scale the Business Development team as they connect with customers, build relationships, drive adoption & growth, and cultivate enduring relationships, successful customer partnerships
- Work with relevant partners to set accurate sales forecasts, set budgets and goals for the Business Development Team
- Build strong relationships with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Product, and Technology, working cross-functionally to surface customer issue trends to key stakeholders, cultivating a collaborative culture of success enablement
- Drive enhanced scale and depth of team by continuously building or improving upon efficiency programs and removing internal or external blockers
- Support and develop talent within the Business Development team; manage employees’ growth and career trajectories, build paths and supporting programs for advancement
- Work directly with the regional team to actively plan out strategies for business growth
- Develop an end-to-end sales and business development strategy; lead generation, prospecting, closing, follow-up, after sales etc
- Develop and enforce sales policies
- Manage sales process and perform planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting of sales activities
- Propose recommendations for structuring a well defined partnership deal for clients
- Manage, adapt, and overcome any challenges that arise concerning services or programmes provided
- Set merchant partners up for success with Aimazing through thorough understanding of our merchant's needs and expectations
- At least 5 years of experience of Enterprise software and/or SaaS technology solution sales experience in global leading tech companies.
- Have a strong understanding of the offline businesses landscape (Shopping Mall, F&B & Retail) in Singapore
- Maintain high levels of communication and flexibility with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners internally and externally.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to use both quantitative and qualitative means to map strategy, decisions, product iterations and roadmap prioritization back to data.
- High level of self-motivation, energy and accountability; ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced working environment.
- Must be able to multitask under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy of the work.
- Driven to be part of the process of building a successful business in a startup environment.
- Passionate about being part of an exciting new team that wants to make a meaningful impact in the region.
- Strong business partner network is preferable.
