We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development & Partnership with a deep passion for sports to lead our PADEL CLUB's expansion. The ideal candidate must possess a strong analytical mindset and an intimate understanding of the market landscape in Sunter and Kelapa Gading to drive sustainable business growth.
Role Overview
Responsible for driving club growth and revenue generation through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, community engagement, events, and business development initiatives. Focuses on expanding the club ecosystem, increasing court utilization and revenue opportunities, strengthening brand presence, and building long-term relationships with communities, coaches, academies, corporates, sponsors, and members. Also serves as a key representative and host during events and Mabar sessions, creating a welcoming and engaging club experience while working closely with ownership to shape growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Events
● Plan and execute Mabar, tournaments, leagues, and club events
● Act as host and facilitator during Mabar sessions
● Create engaging experiences and recurring programs that strengthen club culture and retention
● Build relationships with community leaders and player groups
Communities, Coaches & Academy Relations
● Build and maintain relationships with padel communities, coaches, and academies
● Develop collaborations that increase engagement, programs, and recurring bookings
● Build an ecosystem of captains, coaches, organizers, and community leaders
Partnerships, Sponsorships & Corporate Relations
● Identify, pitch, secure, and manage sponsorship opportunities
● Develop partnership proposals and packages
● Build relationships with brands, sponsors, and corporate partners
Marketing & Brand Growth
● Manage social media direction and growth initiatives
● Execute marketing campaigns and community activations
● Coordinate with ambassadors, influencers, and content creators
● Explore opportunities for corporate events and strategic collaborations
● Strengthen club visibility and positioning
Growth & Revenue Development
● Drive initiatives to increase court utilization and revenue growth
● Develop memberships, leagues, loyalty initiatives, and referral programs
● Identify and launch new revenue opportunities
● Monitor market trends and provide recommendations directly to club owners
