- Lead and supervise all daily kitchen operations.
- Actively participate in food preparation, cooking, and plating during service.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency meet company standards.
- Organize staff schedules and assign daily kitchen duties.
- Conduct daily briefings and provide clear direction to kitchen staff.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen team performance.
- Develop and update menus in line with the business concept.
- Calculate and control food cost to meet company targets.
- Oversee purchasing and inventory management of kitchen supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste.
- Handle customer complaints related to food quality professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently maintained.
- Willing to be place in Surabaya
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen with leadership experience (experience in Fusion & Western Food is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food cost control.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to be hands-on and actively involved in daily kitchen operations.
