Head Kitchen Requirements and Qualifications
• Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality management, or others related field.
• Minimal 30 Max 35 years old
• Skilled in clear communication with kitchen staff and management.
• Adept at working in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to solve problems and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
• Minimal 2 years Previous experience as a cook, or relevant work experience in the same position
• Proficient in various cooking techniques, recipes, and food hygiene standards.
• Capable of developing innovative and creative menus.
• Have experience minimal 2 year in kitchen (Western and Nusantara)
• Demonstrated leadership, training, and motivational skills to effectively guide the kitchen team.
• Skilled in organizing kitchen schedules, inventory management, and budget control.
• Willing to work shifts and public holidays
• Strong discipline and willing to learn.
• Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
• Able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
• Placement in Cikajang, Jakarta Selatan
Cook Duties and Responsibilities
• Researching and exploring traditional Nusantara recipes
• possible to create new dishes that showcase the diversity of Indonesian cuisine while respecting authentic flavors.
• Developing seasonal menus that utilize fresh, local ingredients.
• Standardizing recipes with precise measurements and instructions for consistent quality.
• Costing out recipes to ensure profitability.
• Presenting menu ideas to management and incorporating feedback.
• Establishing and enforcing quality control standards for all dishes.
• Overseeing food preparation and cooking to ensure adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines
• Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from food preparation to plating and service.
• Creating and implementing efficient workflows to maximize productivity.
• Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies to minimize waste and ensure availability.
