Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
* Manage performance management systems (KPIs), employee evaluations, and talent development.
* Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Foster a positive company culture and strengthen employee engagement.
* Oversee organizational structure, promotions, transfers, and succession planning.
* Partner with management to improve organizational effectiveness and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
✔️ Minimum 3 years of progressive HR management experience.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
