Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Floor Team, with minimum 2 years as senior role
- Experience at Specialty Coffee eatery will be an advantage
- Have a bachelor's degree will be an advantage
- Proficient in Google workspace (Spreadsheet, Doc, Presentation) and Ms Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Having a customer-focused mindset
- Multitasking and works well under pressure (Peak hours, shortages, emergencies)
- Strong communication and customer service skill
- Proven leadership and problem solving abilities
- Available to work in shifting
Job Description
- Ensure that operations at the Floor run smoothly according to SOP in each shift (Service level and cleanliness)
- Responsible for managing Waste, PO, stock, and inventory of goods at the Floor
- Responsible for product knowledge, attitude, discipline, and performance of the Floor team
- Coordinate with SPV and heads of other divisions for operational continuity
