Deskripsi pekerjaan Head Creative Strategy & Client Servicing Voxxy Media
- Translate brand marketing objectives into optimal communication strategy for all social/influencer campaigns and engagement ideas
- Interpret engagement briefs to ensure influencer and social activations deliver consistency in brand message, tone of voice and creative representation
- Partner with sales to develop brand and media proposals for clients and partners, including developing media plans and creative campaigns
- Develop social media creator and content strategy to meet clients' briefs and business/advertising needs
- Monitor content ecosystems on social media platforms and collaborate with content and user marketing teams to improve the diversity of partner content
- Develop messaging, narratives and collaterals to engage advertisers in Indonesia (including large brands, SMBs and media agencies)
- Ideate and conceptualize social media campaigns with Influencers and celebrities marrying brand communications to meet the Client's expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic influencer-driven campaigns and serve as the critical resource across all clients to ensure all KPI's and requirements are met.
- Support Client and communicate client feedback and business requirements to internal teams effectively.
- Collaborate with multiple teams internally to deliver results and execute business initiatives.
- Generate recap materials post-campaign execution to measure and evaluate the value, including ROI and performance metrics.
- Ensure that the internal team handles all client requests and briefs timely and accurately
- Plan and implement creative strategies for retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.
- Service the Client for all existing business campaigns from ideation stage to successful reporting to meet the Client's KPIs and requirements.
- Responsible for ideating and conceptualizing social media campaigns with Influencers and celebrities, marrying brand communications, and meeting the Client's expectations.
- Should have extensive knowledge of the influencer landscape and execute and analyze the results of full-scale campaigns.
- Stay informed of trend updates across YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, search engines, content publishers and emerging digital platforms
- Actively collaborate with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital and other stakeholders - internal and external to deliver best in class campaigns
- Should have a creative bent of mind and shouldn't be afraid to think outside the box.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining solid relationships with the Client to develop a deep understanding of the Client's expectations and requirements.
- Maintain active dialogue, schedule regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences, and visit client offices to strengthen client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
