Deskripsi pekerjaan Head Chef The Milk and Honey VA Team

One of our clients, a well-established hospitality group in Bali, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations across multiple restaurant concepts in Sanur. With new outlets opening soon, this role will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, leading kitchen teams, and ensuring smooth operations across the group. We are looking for a professional, reliable leader who can manage multiple venues while supporting the continued growth of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to manage 3 restaurants (2 running, 1 upcoming)
5–10 years experience in busy, high-volume kitchens
Able to adapt and follow our strong existing concept
Open to smoothly integrate ideas that enhance quality
Strong leadership, teamwork, and positive attitude
Capable of handling operations, kitchen flow, quality control, and team coordination
