HEAD CHEF
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Head Chef to support the Executive Chef in managing overall kitchen operations. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and the ability to drive consistency, quality, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and strategic planning
Support Research & Development (R&D) for new menu creation and concept improvement
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across all kitchen operations
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet company standards
Lead, train, and develop kitchen team performance
Control food cost, waste management, and inventory efficiency
Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years experience in senior kitchen role (Head Chef / Sous Chef)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in multi-cuisine or modern dining concepts
Proven experience in SOP creation and kitchen system setup
Strong understanding of R&D and menu development
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
