Mikis’s Beach Warung is looking for an experienced & visionary Head Chef to lead our kitchen team!
Responsibilities:
• Manage kitchen operations, menu planning & food quality
• Supervise food prep, maintain hygiene & safety standards
• Lead, train & inspire the kitchen team
• Manage kitchen budget & ingredient procurement
Requirements:
• High School/Vocational degree (SMA/SMK)
• 3–5 years of culinary experience
• Strong leadership, cooking & customer service skills
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel & Word)
• Excellent teamwork & communication skills (public speaking is a plus)
