The Ulu Beach Club & Bungalows is a tropical beachfront escape nestled in the serene landscapes of Nusa Lembongan, Klungkung, Indonesia. Known for its breathtaking views and exceptional service. As we continue to expand our offerings and maintain the highest standards of hospitality, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join our team and contribute to the culinary excellence that defines our brand.

The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent quality and presentation of meals, and maintaining standards of food safety and hygiene. This role involves menu development, inventory management, staff supervision, and collaboration with other departments to deliver an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will lead by example, inspire the kitchen team, and create a positive and productive work environment that supports the overall vision of The Ulu.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent education and between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in cooking, strong teamwork skills, and demonstrated leadership abilities are essential.
