Head Chef

As we continue to expand our operations in Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and ensure the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. This role involves managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in food quality, and coordinating with other departments to meet customer demand. The Head Chef will also be involved in inventory management, cost control, and implementing new recipes or dishes that align with the company's vision. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential to maintain efficiency and a positive work environment.

We are looking for a male candidate with an Associate Degree or equivalent education. Candidates should have between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Proficiency in cooking, teamwork, Microsoft Office, and basic administrative tasks is required.
