We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations
- Develop and execute Western or Fine Dining menus
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet company standards
- Manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen budgets
- Train, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Coordinate with management to achieve operational and business goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Strong background in Western Cuisine or Fine Dining
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience in menu development and cost control
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Good communication skills in English is plus
