Head Chef

The Banjar Bali is a newly established restaurant in Bali, scheduled to open in October 2026.

We are building a new culinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality food, consistent standards, and an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

As our Head Chef, you will play an important role in establishing and leading the kitchen operation from the pre-opening stage. You will be responsible for developing the kitchen team, creating and maintaining food quality standards, managing food costs and inventory, developing menus, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate chef who wants to be part of building a restaurant from the beginning and grow together with The Banjar Bali.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about food and culinary excellence
• Experienced in leading and developing a kitchen team
• Strong in kitchen operations, food costing, and inventory control
• Creative in menu development while maintaining consistency and quality
• Knowledgeable in food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Organized, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
• Ready to take an active role in the pre-opening and opening process
