Deskripsi pekerjaan Head Chef Maja Family
Maja Family is looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and craft memorable culinary experiences for our guests. This role is responsible for menu development, daily kitchen operations, and ensuring top-quality standards and cleanliness are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop menus in line with the restaurant's concept.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation for all dishes served.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including ingredient inventory and cost control.
- Train and mentor the kitchen team to uphold operational standards.
- Collaborate with management to achieve business targets.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety according to hygiene and health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role, especially in the hospitality and F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage a kitchen team.
- Creativity and innovation in menu creation.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to perform well under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- A diploma/degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
