Job Description:
- Develop and design innovative, seasonal menus aligned with the restaurant’s concept.
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation, presentation, and quality.
- Monitor food standards, hygiene, and compliance with HACCP.
- Manage food inventory, order supplies, and control costs to minimize waste.
- Develop and manage the kitchen budget to achieve financial targets.
- Conduct staff evaluations, provide training, and deliver ongoing feedback.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve the dining experience.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Head Chef / Executive Chef in a well-known hotel or restaurant, preferably with Western or Italian cuisine background.
- A degree from a recognized culinary school or institute is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise kitchen staff effectively.
- Solid knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and proven proficiency in cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Willing to work across multiple locations in the Jakarta and Bekasi area.
