HEAD BARTENDER

PT STAN MANAGEMENT GROUP is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as Head Bartender at our vibrant location in Ubud, Gianyar. We are expanding our operations and looking for a passionate professional who can elevate the guest experience through exceptional mixology and service excellence. As the Head Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations and ensuring the highest standards of drink preparation and presentation. Your key duties include managing inventory, training staff on customer service and teamwork, and utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word for administrative tasks and reporting. You will also play a crucial role in developing new tea art creations and beverage concepts, requiring strong public speaking skills to present ideas effectively. Additionally, you will supervise the beverage shop operations, ensuring smooth administration and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

We welcome candidates who hold an SMA or SMK education level and possess between one and three years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. Ideal applicants should demonstrate proficiency in customer service, teamwork, and various Microsoft Office tools, with specific aptitude in tea art, drink preparation, and public speaking. Experience as a Beverage Shop Supervisor and in general administration is highly valued.
