Bebop Bar + Kitchen is Hiring — Head Bartender

Main Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Create, develop, and update cocktail menus aligned with Bebop’s concept and brand identity.
- Ensure consistency in drink quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Supervise, train, and mentor bartenders and bar team members.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in accordance with SOP.
- Monitor stock levels, manage bar inventory, and coordinate with Purchasing for ordering and cost control.
- Control beverage cost, minimize waste, and improve profitability.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of alcohol, syrups, fresh ingredients, and bar equipment.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure excellent guest experience.
- Support event preparation, bar promotions, and collaboration with marketing initiatives.
- Prepare weekly/monthly bar reports (sales performance, inventory usage, breakage, etc.).
- Maintain strong teamwork with kitchen and floor team to ensure seamless service flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as Senior Bartender or Head Bartender in bar/lounge/restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, spirits, wine, and beverage trends.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and beverage cost calculation.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
- Able to work under pressure in high-volume service.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Hospitality background or relevant certification is a plus.
