Head Barista

We are seeking for a full-time Lead Barista with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. We are currently in the process of opening a space for conversations, art, and community through a slow and unique customer experience. As our Lead Barista, you will be responsible for managing the overal day-to-day opearions, interacting and serving customers, and ensuring that every customer leaves with the best experience of the space or event. You will be with a small team of 3-5, partenered with a Head Barista.

We are looking for candidates who have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Ideal candidates should have strong customer service skills, the ability to work well in a team, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, and proficiency or fluency in spoken as well as written English. Experience in smaller and independent coffee/beverage shops are highly desirable, as we are seeking for candidates who are hands-on and are adaptable in their tasks.
