We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee operations and inspire a high-performing barista team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the barista team.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared and presented according to company standards.
• Oversee daily coffee bar operations to ensure smooth workflow and service efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and coordinate timely ordering.
• Minimize product waste and manage beverage costs through effective inventory and stock control.
• Ensure espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment are properly maintained and calibrated

Qualifications:

• Min 1-3 years of experience as a Barista.
• Good understanding english
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, milk texturing, manual brewing methods, and coffee quality standards.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and daily café operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
