Head Barista / Bartender / Bar Supervisor — Gurih 7 | Bogor
Role Summary
Lead daily bar operations across beverage production, team supervision, service standards, stock control, and product consistency. Responsible for ensuring drinks are served quickly, consistently, and according to standard, while maintaining cleanliness, discipline, and smooth bar operations. This role also supports menu development, beverage costing, and team coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily bar operations, including opening, closing, and shift readiness.
- Ensure beverage quality, consistency, speed, and presentation meet company standards.
- Manage, train, and discipline the bar team to maintain performance and service standards.
- Monitor stock usage, ordering needs, waste, breakage, and beverage cost discipline.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, equipment care, and an organized bar area at all times.
- Support beverage menu development, trial, and improvement based on business needs.
- Coordinate with service, kitchen, purchasing, warehouse, and management for smooth operations.
- Prepare reports, monitor issues, and escalate operational problems when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in bar/barista/bartender operations, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee, non-coffee beverages, bar operations, and beverage preparation standards.
- Able to lead team, control discipline, and maintain speed and consistency during peak hours.
- Understand stock control, beverage cost, waste control, and basic reporting.
- Clean, disciplined, hands-on, and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a restaurant/café with high traffic volume is a plus.
