Penempatan YUI Sapporo Soup Curry (Pre-Opening Team)

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Bar or Bar Supervisor
- Able to lead and train a bar team, set a good - example, and handle conflict fairly
- Takes responsibility for bar quality, cost, and speed of service
- Communicates clearly and firmly, and coordinates well with the kitchen team and front-of-house
Technical Criteria:
- Mastery of beverage recipe standards: Japanese tea, coffee, cold drinks, mocktails, and alcoholic drinks according to the menu
- Operates and maintains coffee machines, grinders, and bar equipment, including routine calibration
- Calculates beverage cost and pour cost, and maintains target margins
- Manages bar stock, par stock, and ordering of ingredients and glassware
- Prepares bar opening and closing schedules along with cleanliness checklists
- Trains baristas and bartenders in technique, speed, and flavor consistency
- Knowledge of sake and Japanese tea (a plus)
