Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent; preferably in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bartending, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages, bar operations, and beverage service standards.
- Experienced in managing bar inventory, stock control, and beverage costs.
- Able to lead, train, and supervise the bar team effectively.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Experience in a KTV, lounge, nightclub, hotel, or similar entertainment venue is preferred.
- Will be placed at PIK 2
