Deskripsi pekerjaan Head Baker Native
Penempatan : Grogol, Jakarta Barat
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage all bread and pastry production activities to ensure smooth operations and team evaluation
Develop new recipes and improve quality of existing menu while ensuring consistency of taste and product standards
Schedule work and assign tasks to bakery team according to daily production needs
Oversee daily production processes to ensure compliance with SOP and company quality standards
Control raw material stock, plan requirements, and prevent overstock or shortage
Ensure all kitchen equipment functions properly and report maintenance or replacement needs
Oversee cleanliness of production area, equipment, and storage spaces according to sanitation and food safety standards
Coordinate with other departments including Purchasing, and Management for smooth daily operations
Create production reports, raw material usage, inventory, and kitchen requirement reports regularly and accurately
Update and maintain operational standard documents including SOP, Standard Recipe, and other work instructions
Kualifikasi:
1. Perempuan/laki2 max 35 thn
2. Min. lulusan diploma/S1 sederajat diutamakan jurusan tataboga
3. Sehat jasmani dan rohani
4. Pengalaman min 3-5 tahun sebagai Head Bakery
5. Kreatif
6. Mempunyai baking skill
8. Jujur, Disiplin dan bertanggungjawab dengan pekerjaan
9. Mampu bekerja secara Team maupun individu
10. Mampu menggunakan komputer
11. Mempunyai leadership skill
