Mô tả công việc:

Trực tiếp tư vấn qua hotline/nhận cuộc gọi, email, chat từ khách hàng.

Hỗ trợ xử lý khiếu nại về sản phẩm/dịch vụ trên sàn thương mại điện tử.

Thu nhập:

Lương cứng 22tr + thưởng. Có thể nhận mức NET up 3x/tháng

Nhận 100% lương trong 2 tháng thử việc.

Tham gia BHXH, BHYT, BH tai nạn 24/7 đầy đủ. Đóng BH full lương

Lương thưởng tháng 13; 14 ngày phép 1 năm.

Yêu cầu:

Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên.

Không cần kinh nghiệm

Từng đi Nhật là lợi thế

Đã có JLPT từ N2 (Chấp nhận JLPT và Senmon)

Thời gian làm việc: Xoay ca trong khung giờ từ 7:00 - 22:00, 9 tiếng/ca (bao gồm 1 tiếng nghỉ), off 2 ngày/tuần.
