Deskripsi pekerjaan HCGA Manager PT Neural Technologies Indonesia (Official)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Human Capital functions, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Develop and implement HC strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee General Affairs operations, including office facilities, asset management, vendor coordination, and operational support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations and handle industrial relations matters.
- Drive and maintain a positive, productive company culture.
- Monitor and evaluate employee and organizational performance (KPI management).
- Plan and control HCGA budgets effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Human Capital/HRGA, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, organizational development, training, performance management, and industrial relations).
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification is preferred
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in handling General Affairs functions (facility, asset, and vendor management).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
- Familiar with HRIS and digital HR tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
