Are you a talented individual with expertise in running an efficient and strategic recruitment process? PT Neural Technologies Indonesia is looking for HC Recruitment Specialist with at least 1–2 years of experience. Your role will include a thorough mastery of the recruitment process, from candidate screening to job offers. You are also expected to have strong communication skills for interviewing and negotiating job offers. Experience using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet), Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams will be a plus. If you are interested in contributing to building a solid team and supporting the growth of the organization, we want you to join us!

Requirements :

  1. Minimum education D3/D4/S1 in Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
  2. Having a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human capital, preferably in an IT company.
  3. Mastering the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  4. Understanding the recruitment process thoroughly, including competency-based interviews. (competency-based interview)
  5. Possesses good communication skills in interviews and job offer negotiations.
  6. Able to manage candidate data neatly, completely, and accurately.
  7. Detail-oriented and organized
  8. Able to use digital recruitment tools and platforms
  9. Experienced in using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meets), Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams
  10. Possesses good data analysis skills for evaluating the recruitment process
  11. Target-oriented to meet recruitment needs on time
  12. Has in-depth knowledge of psychological test tools and can provide recommendations based on test results
