Job Description:
- Develop and implement management systems, SOPs, and work processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other relevant methods.
- Conduct Workload Analysis (WLA) and support manpower planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of management systems and process improvements.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and fulfill recruitment needs.
- Prepare HC reports and support other HC initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor in Psychology, Management, or equivalent.
- At least 3 year of experience in the related field.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and HR administrative processes is an advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in solving administrative issues.
- Having good skills in using Ms. Office and Google Workspace.
- Having good communication skills both verbally and in writing, as well as strong negotiation skills.
- Placement in Cipayung, East Jakarta.
