Deskripsi pekerjaan HC Legal Supervisor BAIC Indonesia
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, performance management, and offboarding processes to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and industrial relations to maintain a productive and compliant workplace.
- Monitor HR policies, procedures, and employee data, ensuring proper implementation, documentation, and reporting.
- Support HR initiatives and process improvements, including employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR projects.
- Provide legal support on employment-related matters, including contract review, HR policies, and employment documentation.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and relevant authorities on employment disputes and other HR legal matters.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Legal, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment and industrial relations laws.
- Experience handling employee disputes, disciplinary actions, and termination cases.
- Strong legal analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
