HC Industrial Relation

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, Management or Industrial Relations
2. 1-2 years of experience in HR & IR (Experience in manufacturing plant preferred)
3. Strong understanding of labor law and government regulations
4. Skilled in negotiation and communication
5. Attendion to detail
6. Good time management skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Monitor and update company policies
2. Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage disiplinary issues up to termination (PHK)
3. Provide recommendation regarding updates to labor laws and regulations
4. Prepare monthly IR reports
5. Communicate company rules, workplaces regulations, and internal IR procedures to employee
6. Coordinate with other department especially regarding discipline, workplace safety, and operational compaliance.
