Job desk:
a. Identifying training needs and designing effective training programs
b. Support process and implementing training system based on company goals
c. Carrying out the training in accordance with specified methods and techniques
d. Implementing employee development activities to enhance their skills and
knowledge
e. Responsible for handling all administrative matters related to training
f. Developing performance evaluation systems, setting individual and team
goals
g. Plan and report the result of implemented employee training
h. Evaluate the training that has been carried out
i. Providing feedback to employees and designing development programs to
improve employee performance
Requirement:
a. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any related field such as Human Resources
Management, Communication, Psychology, Public Education or other relevant
disciplines from a reputable university
b. 3 - 5 years of training and development staff experience
c. Experienced in TNA (Training Need Analysis), various training methods, LMS
(Learning Management System), training designing, running, and evaluation
etc.
d. Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and
English
e. Proficiency in Microsoft Excell, Google Workspace, Canva, and Training
Application/tools
f. Demonstrates a strong passion for the field of training, with a genuine
enthusiasm for continuous learning, receiving guidance, and delivering
impactful training sessions
g. Strong public speaking, team work, analytical and problem-solving ability, good
attitude.
h. Maximum 30 years old
i. Willing to be placed in Kota Bogor.
