Recruitment position: Harvester operator
Work location: Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for operating logging machinery for the harvesting of Acacia trees, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
2. Conduct daily inspections, maintenance, and upkeep of the logging machine to ensure that it is in good working condition.
3. Proficient in using relevant logging machinery technology, complying with operating standards and safety operating procedures.
4. Able to adjust the parameters of the logging machine reasonably according to work needs, ensuring work quality and progress.
5. Timely handle mechanical problems encountered during the homework process and propose corresponding solutions.
6. Comply with the company's established rules and regulations to ensure the orderly progress of logging operations.
Job requirements:
1. Experience requirement: More than 5 years of experience in operating logging machines, with priority given to those with experience in harvesting Acacia trees.
2. Language proficiency: Proficient in using Chinese and Indonesian, or English and Indonesian for communication.
3. Age requirement: Male, under 45 years old, in good health, without major illnesses or occupational taboos.
4. Technical requirements: Familiar with the operation, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting of logging machinery.
5. Safety awareness: Possess strong safety awareness and be able to comply with relevant safety operation norms and regulations.
6. Teamwork: Possess good communication and coordination skills, able to maintain good cooperative relationships with team members and other operators.
7. Adaptability: Able to adapt to the working environment in forest areas, obey company arrangements, and have strong stress resistance.
Qualification certificate: Candidates holding an excavator operation certificate are given priority consideration.
