Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team during pre-sales activities including technical consultation, product demos, and Proof of Concept (POC)
- Handle technical inquiries during after-sales, including root cause analysis and troubleshooting
- Perform on-site device implementation and configuration based on client requirements
- Design customized solutions (configuration, integration, wiring) for specific client needs without modifying core hardware
- Provide technical feedback to the Product Owner regarding new feature requests or field issues from clients
- Collaborate with IoT Engineer and Software teams for special requirements (PCB, custom enclosures, API/webhook integration, dashboards, or data processing)
- Prepare field notes and technical records to support documentation and training material creation
- Conduct knowledge transfer to the Operations team post-implementation
- Provide technical guidance and installation standards to field technicians, and support non-standard troubleshooting cases
Qualifications
- D3/S1 in Engineering or related field; minimum 1 year of experience in Fleet Telematics, IoT, or hardware integration
- Hands-on experience with telematics devices, GPS trackers, MDVR systems, or similar hardware is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with hardware programming (C, Python) and device debugging Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate client needs into actionable technical solutions
- Familiar with hardware-software integration concepts (API/webhook, firmware, sensor configuration)
- Good project coordination skills including scheduling, vendor communication, and technical oversight
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical solutions clearly to both clients and internal teams
- Proficient in English
