- Min. 1-2 years experience
- Expert in haircut, blow, styling, coloring, bleaching, keratin & smoothing
- Able to consult based on face shape, hair condition & client needs
- Understand color theory & color techniques
- Fast, neat, detail-oriented & team player
- Strong customer-oriented mindset, friendly & professional attitude
- Able to maintain a positive work environment & follow salon SOP/standards
- Able to recommend treatments, upsell professionally & explain aftercare
- Experienced with color-treated & bleached hair preferred
