CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH REQUIRED

Candidates without conversational

English will not be considered.

Requirements :

At least 1 year of customer-facing experience
Friendly, well-groomed and service-minded
Confident with POS and booking systems
Minimum SMA/SMK education

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and handle member check-ins

Manage inquiries, memberships and payments
Book physiotherapy, yoga and Pilates classes
Keep reception organized and follow SOPs
