Job Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Art lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Foster creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression through various art media and techniques.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor students' learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments.
• Organize classroom displays, exhibitions, and student artwork.
• Participate in school events, exhibitions, and extracurricular activities related to art.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and parents to support student development.
• Maintain classroom equipment and ensure proper use of art materials.
• Complete administrative duties related to teaching and student records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply).
• Passionate about teaching children and nurturing creativity.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to teach using various art techniques and media (drawing, painting, sculpture, crafts, mixed media, etc.).
• Familiar with lesson planning and student assessment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience teaching in an international school is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching Cambridge, IB, or other international curricula.
• Ability to organize art exhibitions and school performances.
• Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and highly organized.
• Able to integrate technology into classroom learning.
