General Qualifications:

1. Muslimah.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Education (PGTK/PGPAUD for TK, PGSD for SD) or related field.
3. Passionate about teaching and working with children.
4. Patient, caring, and responsible personality.
5. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Good communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
7. Physically and mentally healthy.
8. Willing to follow the foundation’s rules and school culture.
9. High commitment and professionalism in education.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Teaching experience is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
2. Able to prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
3. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
4. Ability to read the Qur’an properly (preferred).
5. Creative in developing learning media.
6. Good classroom management skills.
