As a Guru Montessori at Sekolah Umum Nabila, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the Montessori method, creating an environment that encourages independence and curiosity. Your key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining engaging classroom materials, observing individual student progress, and facilitating lessons that align with Montessori principles.
