Requirements for Mandarin Teacher
(Kindergarten 2)
1. Educational Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Chinese Language, or related field
Teaching certification (preferred)
2. Language Proficiency
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
Basic English communication skills (to communicate with staff and parents)
3. Teaching Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching young children (ages 5–6 preferred) Experience in teaching Mandarin as a second language is an advantage
4. Skills & Competencies
* Strong classroom management skills
* Ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate lessons
* Creative in using songs, storytelling, games, and activities
* Patient, caring, and nurturing personality
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
